Making acquaintances is a piece of cake. Fuji is an outgoing and confident person. How could he be timid when his existence itself is overflowing with self-esteem? Befriend others is the tricky part. The more he gets closer to someone, the more of his unpleasant side he shows. The more they know him, the more they find him being a handful. But hey, who doesn't like self-centered, blunt, narcissistic, daring kind of guy? ...... Many, to be honest. To sum it up, his friends should be bighearted enough to tolerate Fuji's constant sprouting of nonsense, used to it, or equally annoying to "understand" each other. Or someone with good sense of humor, maybe.

Enemies
Arrogant bastard! Bigheaded narcissist! And many other words which are known as synonyms for 'Aragaki Fuji'. Some people hate him, that much he knows. Not because Fuji likes to antagonize people for fun or whatnot. But it's a given, considering his annoying traits. Enemies, rivals, exes... You name it. Rather than trying to amend their relationship, he prefers to let them be even to the extent of being proud of them. "If you want enemies, excel others" he quoted from where-God-knows. Perhaps he views enemies as result of him being better than most or something. Seeing how he manages to infuriate people on normal basis it's natural for Fuji to make enemies, almost like breathing. If he keeps being like that someday he might find himself stabbed in the back.

Romance
Seriously, who can put up with such a narcissist? Set aside his rotten personality, Fuji has gone out (and broken up) with several girls before. That brimming confidence of his seems to play an important part in it. He isn't reserved or shy being with people of opposite gender. In fact he doesn't feel ashamed flirting here and there. Not really picky in dating someone- but they have to be either patient enough to handle such a boyfriend or (somehow) able to mend Fuji's attitude towards his partner.
