he's not the man you want to meet at the end of a alley, nor is he the man you want to meet when someone hurts someone he loves. kenji, or levi, as friends and co-workers call him, is a man who would run to the ends of the earth for those he cares about. friends are a plenty for this man, as he's always been overly friendly, if not stubborn when it comes to friendship. he adores nothing better than sitting back after a long day with his dogs and having a drink (even if he sister complains that she wants some). his job and family as his world, and he'd do anything for a friend.

as a former military man, along with being a detective, there's no doubt that kenji has some enemies. he tries to stay on everyone's good sides, but some cases like coming back to bite him in the rear. if someone who was a victim of a former case were to come to him, he'd be there in a heartbeat, guns blazing and ready to take on everyone. he has some people in the department who think he's too young to be in his line of work, but he doubts their opinions matter as long as he does his job right. there are also the people that he hasn't been able to save, those that come back to haunt him just as much as the case he has solved. really, his biggest enemy is his mind, but it's possible that criminals, or others, will dislike him.

lovers, while few and far, are very dear to kenji's heart. he'll put his heart and soul into a relationship if he thinks they're good enough, though he did go through a spree of flings a few years back. but, kenji is all about loving someone, even if it means trying to win their heart. he really doesn't believe in the set chemistry, and will honestly prove people wrong when it comes to "true love" or at least, attempting to find it. he does become somewhat clingy when it comes to those that are close to him, and he doesn't have much of a problem with invading someone's personal space, but just give him time, and he'll adjust to your wants and needs.
