 | S HIRATORI SHIORI, 19, PANSEXUAL, STUDENT Shiori's a pink who's been a native to Niji all her life. She grew up in an extremely rich family who made their fortunes through the fashion industry. She, however, decided not to go into fashion and is studying premed at a university. She also works part-time at a popular coffee shop.

 | S HIBASAKI AYU, 23, HETEROSEXUAL, NEWSPAPER INTERN Ayu was the second child out of four, raised by a single mother. Throughout her high school years, she took on part-time jobs in order to help her mother out. She was only able to invest time into her writing career when she went to college. The most poignant of her short stories during that time was one displaying antithesis of their current society. The story detailed a city in which all people were made "colorless" at birth – their eyes were made clear and their hair was bleached – and were given a color after death instead of after birth.
Currently, Ayu works at the city newspaper as an intern. She's bold, cheerful, ambitious and independent. She lacks tact, however, and is impulsive and impatient. Overall, though, she's just an energetic and hardworking girl who seeks to further her writing abilities. |
S AKAKI SHIZUKA, 16, DEMISEXUAL, STUDENT Shizuka is a competitive tennis player at the top tennis school in the prefecture. Though other schools threaten their position at the top, Shizuka has no intention of letting anyone get in their way in their pursuit of Nationals. She belongs in a sports manga.
In terms of personality she is 100% Kousaka Reina. Though she seems a stoic and cold on the outside, she's passionate, idealistic and dependable. She treats others with as much respect as possible, but is often a too blunt with others. She only associates with people who intrigue her and longs to become special by distinguishing herself as a tennis player. |  |

ohhhhhh this shouldbe fun  shiori would probably avoid being friends with amaya because she's very sensitive and might be upset if she ever joked with her in the way that she does others. however, if she likes going to the library, she'd probably see amaya a lot because that's where she works! she's the head librarian in a small library in town so maybe they know one another that way? she's also in college so idk it would be fun to see these two try and be friends and failing or something /shot idk i just wanna plot w this bae ok

The fashion and science world might seem like two entirely different things, but money is money. Maybe their families were involved somehow. Like during events and such that they need to impress, they'd likely to invest on something from their family or even meet?
Alternatively, maybe they've met in the university in the past when Satomi was still an undergrad and Shiori might have been doing a college visit to her department?
/throws ideas out there?

@mana YES omg please~ every time shiori insulted her shiori would just freak out and start apologizing like crazy and just kinda "IM SO SORRY DO U WANT FREE COFFEE I CAN GIVE U FREE COFFEE UGH SORRY TAKE THIS FREE COFFEE AS AN APOLOGY IM SORRY IM SO SORRY. COFFEE?" and then be really ashamed and try and hide from amaya the next time she saw her in the library but then feel bad because amaya's so nice and the whole cycle will repeat once more tbh hasegawa satomi oh yes i like the idea of childhood acquaintances. maybe (bc shiori's studying medicine in college rn) getting to know satomi's family was what originally interested her in science? they're totally different people but shiori would (incorrectly) believe that satomi has a playful side and try to bring it out by randomly visiting satomi's apartment at late hours with bad films/creating the worst nicknames possible for satomi + a bunch of other things that satomi would probably find fairly annoying. |

Oh, that would be good. Maybe one of Sato's older siblings decided to focus on decided to be a surgeon? To tie along with Shiori's want to be a doc. Their parents could have been discussing how their oldest wasn't following their about being a scientist and being a "regular" doctor instead at one point. Maybe they were cool and awe-inspiring to a young!shiori? (I might pick them up if I keep going. lmao.)
Good idea barging in late at night, Sato has to offer her a place to sleep then. (I mean, sure she's a jerk and all, but it doesn't mean she's gonna shove someone out of her apartment late at night. Just look at how that's going to look--I MEAN, SHE HAS TO BE WORRIED ABOUT SHIORI WALKING ALONE AT THIS TIME.) As long as Shiori doesn't touch her research papers, she's golden. Sure, the nicknames would grind on her nerves, but more because she's not used to them. It'll be a good change of pace for her. I doubt she ever spends time watching anything that isn't news or documentaries unless pushed.

ren is a regular part-timer for a convenience store that could be next door to the cafe shiori works at?? maybe ren wanders into the cafe during her off-time and orders something and chats up shiori and makes friends with her, since their workplaces are near each other. they could have a casual friendship where they meet up and gossip about their co-workers and rant about how terrible their days were (shiori is also very adorable ;o;) |

hasegawa satomi yesyesyes pls pls. shiori is gonna make it her mission to get satomi out of her comfort zone – make her watch ridiculous films and eat candy late at night and blast music loudly (ok so she might not be able to get satomi to do that but u get my drift). HIMURA REN PINKS UNITE AMIRITE. esp the cute pinks (ren's an angel lbr). and yes pls that all sounds so lovely~~ and if ren ends up being satomi's roommate, then all the more reason to go and visit o; but yeah i'd love to thread out a friendly post-work interaction between the two! they probably know each other pretty well by now, but if you want we could start them off as strangers~ |

That's totally fine with me. It actually sounds hilarious, and he can't really cook anyway so I wouldn't be surprised if he bought some expired fish to try and add to his ramen and got sick lol xD He'll definitely be surprised and mean, but hopefully she'll be more forceful this time, because his attitude is just a part of his horrid personality lol. He'd be sick tho, so it's not like he could put up much of a fight. |
