Well he certainly felt like shit. After getting a call he'd returned it for some good money. Even though Emir was helping with his allowance he couldn't turn down a chance to make more. Maybe he could send it to his dad, for rent or medical bills. He acted like he hated the old man, but truthfully he felt bad for him - for having a son as shitty as he was, and for losing his wife only a few years after he was born. He'd been in town because of work, and since it was late he walked down the street considering to head back or go to Emir's. The pinkette's was closer, but did he really want to hear his moody loud ass right now? The raven haired man groaned at the thought, but found himself walking towards his apartment building anyway. After picking up a six pack of beer that is, ignoring the stunned looks given by the clerk given his appearance. He said he'd buy him some, and maybe if he shared Emir wouldn't be so damn fussy. Taking the same measures he had the last time he'd come here, Hide didn't bother knocking. He just assumed that Emir wasn't home, and 'broke' into his place all the while locking the door behind him to make it seem like no one was here. He did his job at least, doing a quick walk through to make sure no one waiting for a specific someone to come home. Nobody. Dammit, this pink head was lucky to have him around to do shit like this. Hide winced as he set the beer on the counter, feeling his ribs and the jagged cut he knew was there. When he pulled away his hand and realized he'd started bleeding through his clothes it was no wonder people had been looking at him weird. "Fuck." Looks like he'd need a shower here again. His hands were still covered in dirt, his clothes a mess. Emir might kill, but he'd figure something out to calm the shit storm to come. He hid his clothes under the sink again, knowing Emir wouldn't look, and after his shower he tried not to bleed on any of this stuff but with his shitty med kid he didn't have jack to patch up this fuckin deep ass cut. "Fuck." He'd groaned again under his breath, holding onto his side to at least try and stop it. He stepped out of the bathroom, leaving it open to vent out the steam and snuck into Emir's room to look for something to fuckin wear. If the loser wasn't so damn short. | the coals are beginning to glow when it's all said and done, we'll shine like the sun
Emir had left work feeling rather victorious after a good day’s work and an even better paycheck. So what if he reeked of cologne and had been covered head to toe in Vaseline? He’d gotten a fairly good paycheck out of it. The job had only required a few male models and a couple of hours for a perfume photography shoot. Just a few hours, no biggie. It had gone by fast enough for him. He had kept himself entertained by the stylist’s personal challenge of how much product he could douse his pink locks with before the pinkette became a fire hazard. After all of that, he had gotten off work late in the afternoon and had raced back home for well-deserved shower. Maybe a bath while he was at it. He wanted to unwind and relax after being put through make up and oil for the past four hours or so.
He had a good reason to be so chipper anyway. Work had stayed steady despite the beating he’d endured beforehand. No permanent damage whatsoever. He unlocked the door like always, without any caution despite his strange experience many days prior. Emir hadn’t really expected guests. He lived alone and didn’t have any roommates. “Shit…” he muttered pocketing his keys realizing someone else had been in his apartment. The steam coming from the shower was enough of a giveaway. The model immediately went to grab a towel from the linen closet, ready to throw it at someone. He could only think of one person that could have gotten into his apartment without permission. Unfortunately, right now was not the best time to see him. He was an absolute mess after all. With a ridiculous amount of hair spray and muse making his pink hair wild, and left over body oil and Vaseline on his skin. He’d be ridiculed no doubt.
It wasn’t the ideal appearance he wanted to be caught in outside of a magazine advertisement. He covered eyes with one hand, peeking through as he approached his room, door left open. “Hide?” he asked loudly ready to turn around if he was actually naked. “Are you naked? I have a towel if you are.” He added before continuing quickly, “Please refrain from wandering in my home without clothes!” The pinkette peered carefully before dropping his hand as soon as he realized the man somewhat decent. The realization then his him that he didn’t look to good today. “O-oh..oh! I’ll go find the first aid kit!” he stated turning away from the sight. He was not interested in the story behind Hide’s injuries. “Should you even be moving? Sit down!” Emir called out rushing back out of his bedroom.

He tensed a little when he heard the door click open, but he didn't bother looking to see who it was. Emir obviously, and he could only imagine how the man would react seeing him half naked again. He braced himself for the nagging, and opened one of the man's drawers in his bedroom. Nothing but socks and underwear, he frowned and closed it before hearing the man's voice. He sighed, swallowing thickly as he withdrew another wince and turned his cheek to see the man walk around with a hand over his eyes. He was so quick to just assume he'd be naked. While he was, at least this time he hadn't made a mess of the towels when he'd retrieved one. He didn't bother to respond to him, shaking his damp locks before returning to looking for something to cover his lower half at least. Emir would open his eyes soon enough, and when he did he was relieved he wasn't get barked at about the lack of clothes, but surprised to hear him fuss over his appearance instead. Raising a brow, he peeked over at the man once more, lips parting unsure of what to even say to him before the man turned on his heel to go ..wherever it was he was going. "Don't bother, I'm fine." He replied, sounding far more calm than Emir. He was used to patching up injuries like this, sure most weren't as severe, but he'd had to stitch himself up before. Though that was at his house, where he had a needle and thread for situations like this. Emir was a model though..maybe he'd have something. He stepped out of the man's room, and into the hallway to follow after him. "You got a needle and some thread maybe? That could be-..." It was only then that he realized Emir looked completely different than he'd seen him before. His hair looked wet, his neck and chest looking glossy from what he could see. "..You look like you just got back from an orgy." EMIR KOURI | ◀ MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

| the coals are beginning to glow when it's all said and done, we'll shine like the sun
He wasn’t sure he qualified as non-violent. Emir often yelled at people or things when the situation didn’t work out. He had learned how to be hostile but not physically which was why Hide’s physical injuries bothered him. He didn’t want to see them. He didn’t want to be reminded that he often risked ending up like that or worse with his reckless behavior. The blood that seemed to be oozing onto the man’s hand also made him queasy and his stomach drop but that probably more or less from associating it with his own knife wound. Emir wouldn’t have it. He would worry because Hide had bothered coming into HIS home looking like he got thrown out of a two story building.
“Don’t lie to me when you’re bleeding in my home. That isn't 'fine'.” He snapped, annoyed that he was already acting ungrateful of his actions. Not that he expected a thank you or anything. He just wanted to help cover it all up before it got worse and he had to rush the man to a hospital. He paled at the thought before going back to his search. Yes. He felt a wave of pride as he remembered this time exactly where the first aid kit was. He didn’t realize how urgent he’d felt to find the damn thing. The pinkette turned, however, bristling at the comment. “Excuse me?!” he asked indignantly, grasping the first aid kit. He felt flustered. Despite the fact that he had tried to brace himself for any comment on his less than perfect appearance it still bothered him. He didn’t like being made fun of. Hide had already seen him cry before, he didn’t need any more ammo in his arsenal of humiliation. He resented it especially when it came down to that he liked having a private life. Without unexpected guests popping into his home and bleeding all over the goddamn place. With that thought he remembered to pull out a bottle of rubbing alcohol as well, half tempted to grab a rag and wipe down Hide. At least the stinging would give him some sort of payback.
“Shut up! If you hadn’t broken in I would be in the shower already!” he replied, face hot with shame. “Why didn’t you go to the ER or something if you need stiches anyway?!” he continued after letting out an angry huff before pinching the bridge of his nose. Where did he put it? He had a small stock of needles and some thread for buttons that fell off things but ut had been a while since he’d needed it. He hadn’t expected the need to stich someone back together instead of going to the hospital and letting a doctor do it. Just once he’d like to see Hide under his circumstances. A controlled meeting where he didn’t have to embarrass himself.
“Needles! Nightstand. Right right…” Emir rambled going back into his room to retrieve the small plastic case. It still had a few needles and some unused spools of thread in it. He thought it would be enough. “Sit down.” He repeated, his words rough as he held out the case for Hide while popping open the first aid one to begin assisting. Whatever that meant.

He shouldn't have said anything, but he just looked funny and it's not like Hide had any other model friends like Emir. Certainly none like the fussy pink haired idiot. So it was partially his fault that the man had to deal with him at the moment, but he couldn't exactly walk all the way back to his place. He might as well just sit in the street and let himself bleed out, and if someone called the cops, well, he'd be screwed. On that note, he rolled his eyes only shutting them a moment later as he sighed at Emir for his stupidity -or rather pure ignorance. Hideo had to remind himself this guy was 'privileged' in ways that he'd never been. He didn't understand the potential consequences for going to the hospital with cuts like this, or a damn stab wound. "Because, they'll ask questions. Does it look like I just slipped in the kitchen and fell on a knife?" Hopefully he'd get it now. "They'd call the cops, I'd have to give a statement, and I'm really not in the mood." Especially when he knew for certain if that were to happen he'd get taken in, or at least be monitored in a hospital room. Did he want to be stuck at the hospital for 'minor' injuries?..no, not really. Seeing Emir turn all red though, made him wonder if the guy was actually upset by what he'd said. Wasn't he supposed to have a thick skin being a model? Hideo was just joking anyway, it was obvious the man just came from a shoot or something. Hide wanted to tell HIM to just sit the fuck down and relax, but he withheld such demands while the pinkette moved about as if he were dying. However, when he watched Emir return to his room to get the needles, and saw him sit down he narrowed his eyes at him. Who did he think he was telling him to sit like that? Since Emir was the one with the supplies, he had no choice but to give in though. He sighed, expression softening as he walked back toward the man and reluctantly took a seat. "You don't even know what you're doing." Hideo definitely wasn't going to let nervous nelly try and stitch him up. "..Just sterilize the damn needle. Is that the thinnest one you have?" This was gonna fuckin hurt. "Do you have pain meds?"EMIR KOURI | ◀ MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

| the coals are beginning to glow when it's all said and done, we'll shine like the sun
He would’ve preferred his next meeting with Hide to have been a bit normal but he supposed Hide was far from that. Still, it was hard to expect the person you’d hired as a body guard coming to your home after a knife fight. Showing up with an emergency like this out of the blue made it hard for him to cover up certain appearances. Emir grimaced, unable to really counter. He supposed if Hide was up to illegal activities the police was the last person he’d want to be in contact with. “I’d like to think you did fall on a knife in your kitchen.” The model stated flatly.
The model was only a bit relieved when Hideo finally decided to sit down. He didn’t have to worry the wound getting worse. His first aid kit was mostly unused, fortunately, which meant it had everything he needed. Hopefully anyway. Huh, there was even a tiny manual. Perfect. “I’m a model not a nurse. You came to the wrong pink.” He should’ve had another pinkette in his contacts if he wanted a good doctor for these kinds of situations. “This is about it unless you can wait for me to go out and buy thinner ones.” With that he pulled out a small packet of aspirin from the box. He checked the date before handing it over to his ‘patient’. “Here it’s Aspirin. There more in the med cabinet if you need it.” Emir explained. He nodded in understanding. Sterilize the needle! Got it. Uh…
The rubbing alcohol right! “I’ll be back in a flash.” He rushed away to grab a few things from the kitchen before reappearing. Hide was right e was nervous. Slightly anxious but in his opinion he was dealing rather well with the situation. He reached for the bottle of rubbing alcohol, dumping some into a cup he had retrieved and dumped the thinnest needle into in. “I got you a bottle of water for the pain pills, and a towel for when you…stich.” The word was hard to say but he had to man up and deal with it. It wasn’t like he would be performing the action or had to watch. He fumbled around with the first aid kit before snatching up tweezers to pick up the wet needle with and hand it to the man. “The worst thing is the knife wound right? I can disinfect the smaller cuts and band aid ‘em while you wait for the aspirin to kick in.” Emir offered, gently setting down the cup and using his empty hand to dig in through the first aid kid. Antiseptic wipes? He could work with that. Swipe and slap a band aid. That was easy enough.

Bloody hell. Hide nodded, and took the painkillers from him, tearing them out of the packaging, and placed them on his tongue to take dry. He moved his eyes from the med kit to Emir, slightly amused by his eagerness to help. The handbook he pulled out from the lid almost making him smile before the man got up to go get something. God he was ridiculous. He was well aware Emir wasn't versed in medicine, but that was precisely why he wasn't asking him to actually do any of the patching up. He just needed someone to hold things, if he wanted to be useful, otherwise he could have done this on his own. He'd always taken care of injuries like this on his own, with the occasional help of his friend Suro, but not much anymore. He couldn't rely on anyone but himself. Emir was fast. Hide had been holding his side this whole time, his right hand starting to feel sticky from the blood. The shower had helped clean most of it, but he still needed the alcohol. That, that was going to hurt like hell. Hide stared at the bottle with contempt, before looking back up at Emir once more. Water for the pills. "Cute." He scoffed, waiting for Emir to take the needle needle out. Once he did Hide took it just as carefully, flicking the excess alcohol off. Band aids..Hide furrowed his brow slightly, realizing he'd need Emir to help more than he'd like. "Emir, I know you're not a nurse, but I'm going to need you to do something for me. Before I start stitching, you'll need to pour some of the alcohol on this cut. After you need to help me stop the bleeding a little with a cloth or something."
"I'd do this all myself, but my hands are already a mess and I don't want to get blood on your things. I'll try not to move." But this was going to hurt like a bitch. "If you makes you feel better, this is the worst of it." Hide grinned, his smile tilted to one side. Giving him some kind of comfort at least. Ironic since he was the one hurt, but Emir was pink. | the coals are beginning to glow when it's all said and done, we'll shine like the sun
He tried not to get agitated. He doubted Hide would like to be helped by a historical man child. The pink scowled but didn’t say anything in return more worried about the work he would have to do. Eyes drifted to the man’s side once more. The model was still worried that Hide, the person who was injured, was about to perform the stitching himself. Well, he was the only one capable but it made him wonder how many times he’d had to perform the same task out of necessity. The black already revealed he didn’t like hospitals. Was bring water a bad idea? What about the hand towel would he not use that either while he worked? “Right. On it…” he returned, picking up the bottle of rubbing alcohol and dousing the hand towel he’d picked up. The thought of approaching an injured and hostile man with a towel soaked in something that would make it sting sound like a tired idea but he braced himself for the worst. He had to channel his inner pinkette.
Mom wasn’t pink. Yet she still had the maternal instinct all pinks exemplified. He just had to remember how she would have done it. He consulted the manual, flipping through miniature pages before finding one on bleeding. According to the Red Cross he needed to keep pressure on the wound to stop bleeding. Thankfully, it wasn’t spurting blood. Emir made a face at the thought of Hide bleeding out before setting down the tiny book. He edged forward eyes flicking from Hide’s face and back to the wound before gently patting the blood around the cut and then inching his way closer to the open wound. This was good yes? He let out a small laugh at the man. “I’m more worried about the possibility of you bleeding out on me than my furniture at the moment.” Emir replied, swallowing hard as he tended to the knife cut.
“I guess that makes me feel a little better.” He muttered before beginning to apply pressure on the wound. Droplets of alcohol trickles out the cloth and he blew softly remembering the cold feeling had eased a bit of the sting as a kid. He wondered if it would even work though. The worst he had ever experiences was some scraps on his knees or a small burn. “I take it you won this round?” he asked attempting to keep Hide focused on something other than the disinfectant. “Don’t give me the details of how the other guys looks, by the way.” He continued quickly. He could barely stomach Hide. Emir pressed a bit harder, focusing on keeping pressure. “Lucky I’m not afraid of blood at least.” His father had been. He had never been tended to by the man who always forced the task onto his wife instead.

Hide scoffed as Emir looked at the stupid pamphlet again, still waiting for the man to give him the assistance he needed. However, he didn't mind it. It had been a while since he'd had to deal with cuts or wounds like this. He knew what it felt like to clean them, and he kind of wasn't looking forward to it. He was hesitating, but when Emir inched toward him with the alcohol soaked cloth Hide lowered his now bloody hand. The stinging at first was nothing, but that was only because Emir seemed as if he were trying to spare him by not pressing directly onto the open cut yet. It was almost torture, but he lifted his eyes to the pinkette and listened to him talk. It helped, a little. "I'm not going to bleed out. Don't be dramatic." He replied, lips curling upwards at the memory of the fight that had caused such wounds. He got cheap shotted, but he'd been able to take care of himself as always. Then the rag was pressed to his wound, and he had to lower his head to prevent himself from showing a pained look in front of Emir. He hissed, breath uneven as he did his best not to dispel any pathetic sounds of pain, but he muttered a curse or two under his breath. "Do I look like the kind of person that would lose?" He scoffed, voice shaky despite himself. It was embarrassing, but if he didn't have Emir hear he'd just be doing it himself. He didn't actually mind the company. This was pretty bad, about an 8 out of 10 on the scale of unbearable pain, but the stitching wouldn't be much better. He comforted himself in the fact that'd be over soon enough. "To n-not be afraid of blood. I'm actually surprised. You're handling all this better than I thought you would." Granted his guts weren't spilling out, and that might have been another thing entirely, but he was surprised Emir was handling this as well as he was. Glad that he hadn't pestered him to go to the cops at least, Hide grinned while he stared down at his lap. A pained gasp escaping him as Emir pressed harder on the open would. | the coals are beginning to glow when it's all said and done, we'll shine like the sun
It occurred to him that maybe he should’ve put on some latex gloves before beginning to clean Hide. Splotches of red began to dot the once pale yellow hand towel. He laughed at the man finding his words ironic considering the situation. “You still need stiches and pressure dressing though. That’s still pretty bad.” He replied. He wasn’t being overly dramatic. His concern was appropriate for the situation at hand. Emir’s eyes stayed locked onto his patient’s abdomen unwilling to glance over at Hide. It might make him stop and slow down the process.
The pinkette held firm to his task despite it all. “You look like the person that would take someone down with him, actually.” He replied with a small chuckle. No one would have walked away from whatever fight Hide had. He imagined both him and the man’s opponent would just bleed out in a dark alleyway. Neither the victor. He frowned, unable to help himself. The black’s reactions made him uncomfortable and he wished he had access to some kind of anesthetic. Especially because he imagined the worse was to come. “Hmmm? Is that a compliment?” he asked pulling away the towel to look at the cut while smirking slightly. Blood was nothing to Emir. His fears were more realistic like financial issues and finding a stable job. He didn’t really fear the paranormal or anything like that. He supposed it was more practical to think that way. Something that had definitely been passed down from his parents. He waited for a moment before pressing once more. He imagined the blood as starting to coagulate like the instructions had said. Only a little more.
Then he supposed stitching. He was glad he wouldn’t be participating in that part. “How’s the aspirin coming along? Feel the kick yet?” Emir asked, finally allowing himself to give Hide a look of sympathy for his situation. “Is this a normal day for you?” he added, trying to stay talkative. "I'd rather if you told me so I could have something prepared for this kind of thing. Would cut down on the running around."

He'd been in worse circumstances, in worse condition. This was honestly nothing in comparison, but Emir couldn't know that, nor did he feel the need to point it out. The way he acted so nonchalant about all of this was telling enough, and despite Emir paying him he didn't think the man needed to know every little thing about him. He grinned wryly at what Emir had said about taking his opponent down in a fight. "That's true." Hideo replied, his grin wavering at the immense pain to his side. Ah but it was nothing, he told himself, because he had felt worse. He'd felt worse than this. "Fuck off," Hideo retorted in response to his previous 'compliment'. Not a compliment. Emir just wasn't as pathetic as he'd thought. He'd chuckled briefly at him, but had to force himself to stop. The burning wasn't pleasant, and the more he moved the worse it felt. When Emir had pulled away the towel he'd felt the rush of air touch his skin, and it almost felt nice. Still hurt like hell, but it was far more tolerable than with the alcohol soaked towel on his skin, but he didn't get to enjoy the brief break long enough though. The raven haired man stiffened, gritting his teeth, as he tensed and drew in a sharp breath. He let it out slowly through his nose, shaky at first, while he listened to Emir speak once more. He had to try not to laugh at him again because of what he'd said. "Hell no, but I wish it would hurry the fuck up." He wasn't complaining. Nope. "It's as normal as any,..but it's not your problem." He paused to breath slowly, not wanting to much even a muscle to punish himself. "I would have gone back to my place to take care of it, but yours was just closer." And he would have gotten looks on the train, not to mention his shirt would have been utterly soaked by the time he got home. EMIR KOURI | ? MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

He smirked, listening quietly to his companion as he responded. He rolled his eyes at the other not even surprised by the response. The fact that hide had said anything positive at all was probably pushing it. “Dinner first.” Emir said automatically not even bothering to look at Hide in the eyes. So rude even while he was being helped by the very man he was insulting. It was even a miracle that he was allowed to help at all. Hide seemed to be a bit prideful. At least, the way he spoke about his dealings with other ruffians gave Emir that impression. And if it was as common at the man said it was, there was no need for the pinkette to be present because he already had the experience.
At least Emir was learning something new so it wasn’t all that unpleasant. He didn’t like being this close to the man though. Not when he would shake or hiss every time he moved the towel. He didn’t meant to cause more pain that was obvious. It was necessary but still, Emir felt a bit of pity at what he was doing. He supposed the medicine would take its effect after the stitching which would be a shame. He wasn’t looking forward to hearing Hide. “Would ice help it?” the model asked. Maybe Hideo could numb his cut long enough to pass the needle through. It was the next best thing to anesthetic right? He doubted the manual had anything on home grown anesthetics for Emir to peruse.
Emir only shrugged in response. “I was only curious.” He raised his eyebrows at the excuse. He’d been fed the same line the last time Hide had come around. Business was booming for the black near his home, how incredibly coincidental. And it wasn’t like he could really say anything. He was injured after all and he did CARE to an extent about that. Besides, Hide didn’t have a key he was still breaking in. Oh that’s right! He had to remember to fork over the copy he’d made before the man left. “Of course, of course.” Emir squeezed the towel watching boredly as the little bit more alcohol seeped out. Maybe more alcohol would help the bleeding stop.
“Next time someone shanks you and you plan to show up I expect a text AT LEAST.”

He was proud that he'd gotten the people who'd done this to him back. He could fend for himself well enough, but he was proud to be alive..for what it was worth. Hide didn't think he was much good for society, and if anything he was bad for it, but his instinct to self preservation just wouldn't allow him to give up. It helped that he liked fighting, at least. He could have been nicer to Emir, but by letting him help at all he was being more generous than usual. He never let people help him with stuff like this. There was perhaps one person who had and didn't get punched in the face for trying, but Emir had already suffered enough physical punishment from him to last a while. Hideo would have made his injuries all the more painful just to hurry the process along, so really it was better that Emir was taking care of it and not him. He pictured a bag of ice the moment it was mentioned. It sounded nice, but he thought he'd be fine. It wasn't necessary. "Maybe after." Hell he wished they had anesthetic too, but his stronger pain killers were back at home. However, he was glad that most of his work was away from his place. A part of him made sure of it. He didn't like strange people showing up at his door, and because of what he did he knew any number of individuals would love to find out where he lives. As he felt Emir squeeze the towel he couldn't hold it in that time. "F-fucking hell." He gasped, swallowing thickly as his reflex to pull away Emir's hand from his side caused him to flinch. He kept himself from doing anything but. "Are you punishing me?" Surely getting stabbed was bad enough. He lifted his head enough to peek up at the pink haired man, looking pained and agitated at the same time. "Sure thing. While I'm bleeding out I'll be sure to leave you a fuckin note." Hideo winced once more, shoulders shrugging. "Are you enjoying this?"EMIR KOURI | ? MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

| the coals are beginning to glow when it's all said and done, we'll shine like the sun
Emir kept making lists in his head. Lists of groceries, lists of chores, lists of things he would need to remember to do during his day. It kept him calm to focus on something else and not how gross the gaping wound he had studied just seconds ago was. He shuddered despite himself before going back to listing things out. He thought it might be a good idea to invest in a big first aid kid, as well as rags he could use for pressure dressing instead of his own linens. Yes, that sounded like an easy enough trip to the thrift store. It’d be therapeutic to purchase ugly and worn shirt and rip through them. He would spare the world the sight of them. He could put probably use some for cleaning.
Better than wasting a bunch of paper towels all the time. He nodded, barely registering Hideo’s agreement as he wondered when in the hell he could place all his medical materials for the black to use. He snapped out of his through, startled by the man’s reaction. Emir’s hand jerked away and he peered urgently to see if somehow he had caused severe bleeding again. A look of genuine confusion crossed his face. “N-No…?” he sputtered wondering if he’d messed up the process somehow. “I- I mean- Doesn’t it go faster with more alcohol? Blood coagulation I mean? The manual didn’t specify.” He began rattling off the words he had only learned just minutes ago from the first aid kit.
“Now you’re being dramatic. If you could take a shower you were obviously not spurting blood.” Emir snapped, ready to shove Hide’s nose into the Red Cross’ miniature instruction booklet. His expression soured before giving Hide a prompt answer. “No. I hate it. I’m not sadist despite whatever you may believe.” Emir pointed at the man’s abdomen. “Is it good enough? You know better than I do.”

Emir looked surprised by his reaction. He didn't know why, considering he'd been the one squeezing alcohol into his open wound like it was water just a second ago. He looked down at the cut on his side after the man had torn away the rag. It was still bleeding some, but after all the pressure dressing it wasn't nearly as severe as it had been before. He honestly didn't know what to say to Emir, but while he thought about it he hissed and muttered another curse on his breath. Resisting the urge to scratch the fuck out of his cut because it hurt so bad. His eyes lifted to the pinkette at the mention of the 'manual' though, black hues set in an unamused glare. He didn't learn shit like this from a damn manual. It wasn't cute anymore, just annoying. Whether Emir was a sadist or not was irrelevant now. He needed to take care of this asap, and he was done waiting. While he looked back down at his cut he noticed blood beginning to rise to the surface. It was slower than it had been before, which was good enough for him. The painkillers still hadn't kicked in yet, but fuck it. He was going to stitch himself up regardless. "It's fine." He replied, standing, wincing once more as he slouched to accommodate his injury. "I'll take care of the rest. In the meantime, if you don't want me naked, find me something to wear." After he'd grumbled this last statement he bent over to swipe the thread from Emir's side and walked off. He locked himself in the bathroom, not wanting the pinkette to interrupt him regardless of the pained sounds he might make. It did hurt, far worse than actually receiving the cut in the first place, but he'd expected that. Hide still, tried to be as careful as possible, poking the needle through his skin into the top of the cut, and pulled up. "Fuck." He growled occasionally, cursing still as he did the same downward, then up again. Over and over he repeated the process, keeping the threaded stitches close to one another so that they didn't tear as easily. When he was done, his hands were shaking. It was as if he hadn't taken any pain meds at all. The entire time he didn't feel them kick in even slightly, but no matter. He ran his hands under the sink, cleaning traces of blood on the rim and some that had dripped down his side. He was just peachy now, just perfect. He tried his hands off on the towel still wrapped around his waist, and unlocked the door. He stepped out, swallowing thickly and running a hand through his hair as he headed toward the kitchen. His number one priority suddenly becoming the beer he'd left on the counter. After pulling one out, he rummaged through drawers looking for a bottle opener. EMIR KOURI | ? MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |
